Offering lifestyle and wellbeing coaching based on a Holistic Model, at Soul Space we work with you as a whole; an integrated system of mind, body and emotion/soul.
Our specialised programmes created for individuals and groups incorporate personal performance coaching, nutritional advice, therapeutic yoga and mindfulness techniques for optimum health and happiness. My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins or produce lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Nor do I push you in headstands and get you to chant, unless you'd like to that is. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as stress reduction, achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep and maximising energy.
